Judson ISD’s newly redesigned Franz Leadership Academy creates not just leaders, but little teachers. Parents were invited to a student-led data night where these Mustangs put their teaching skills to the test. There, students presented their beginning-of-year data to family members to demonstrate their communication skills, educational progress, and a building sense of responsibility.

The school’s mission is to empower scholars to becomes responsible and accountable leaders who understand their emotions, problem-solving skills, and community impact. A student-led event certainly achieves that goal, while also inviting other student supporters into the picture.
