Southside ISD filled the Alamodome with thousands of fans to witness the 2023 Pigskin Classic Battle of 1604. The dome was electric and so were the Jumbotron Crew!
The Crew made up of students from Southside High School, showed up to provide media coverage for the event. These student volunteers were thrilled to have full access to the football field, with some filming on the sidelines and others conducting interviews behind the scenes. It provided them with invaluable experience in the field at this magnitude.
This same group of students were the camera crew for Southside’s graduation at the Alamodome that was broadcasted live on television. in May 2023. Southside ISD is always looking for new opportunities for our students to gain experience to provide an engaging and insightful education for all of their students.
