Students in a class at Fort Bend ISD‘s Malala Elementary received a surprise presentation from NOPE movie science consultant and marine biologist Kelsi Rutledge.
Malala student Mihika P. was so inspired after hearing Rutledge give an interview on NPR ‘s Science Friday show she sent her an email.
Rutledge was touched by the message and contacted the campus to set up a Zoom presentation for Mihika and her classmates to share more about marine biology and her work as a Hollywood science consultant.
