Highlights

The spirit of exploration runs deep in the Clear Creek Independent School District, a Texas suburban public school district within the vicinity of the NASA Johnson Space Center.

This A+ rated school district provides a high quality education to students in pre-k through 12th grade. CCISD offers early childhood for students who qualify under federal regulations as well as tuition-based pre-kindergarten. Several elementary schools have enrichment programs from STEM, STEAM, Foreign Language Immersion and Stephen Covey’s Leader in Me (adapted from the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People).

Clear Creek ISD has four intermediate schools that operate in a school-within- a-school model to meet the needs of gifted learners as well as science enthusiasts.

Students have options to attain a high school diploma and even a college degree in CCISD. The school district has five comprehensive high schools and two alternative high schools. Students can earn credit online, in the evenings and at a local college or university. CCISD is home to a nationally recognized Early College High School where students simultaneously earn a high school diploma and college
